Common questions
How do I cancel a subscription?
For an iOS subscription purchased through the App Store, cancel it in your Apple account subscription settings. Removing the Lorecasts app or deleting your Lorecasts account does not itself cancel the App Store subscription.
How do I delete my Lorecasts account?
Use Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. If you cannot sign in or the request fails, contact us at [email protected]. Account deletion does not cancel Apple billing.
How do I ask about my personal information?
